Recommendations for Screen Time and Children

  • Screen time is highly discouraged for children less than 18 months apart from video chatting.

  • Screen time for children 18 months to 24 months should be high quality and they should not use it alone.

  • Screen time for children 2-5 years old should be no more than 1 hour and it should be high quality.
