Join Our Team!

We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and motivated occupational therapists to join our team. Our clinic is expanding, and we look forward to welcoming more therapists! The ideal candidate has experience working with children 0-23, in the following areas: behavior management, emotional regulation, motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, handwriting, social skills, executive functioning, or other specialty areas that could benefit families. We are currently Anchorage-based and provide in-person support, but we are open to employing therapists in other areas of Alaska as available.

We are primarily looking for occupational therapists and certified occupational therapy assistants, but we are open to hiring other providers who specialize in pediatrics and fit with our mission and team! Contractors, occupational therapists looking for PRN positions, and new graduates are welcome to apply. We also take occupational therapy students for fieldwork.

We had a job posted live on Indeed; however, due to technical difficulties, the post is inactive. However, we are always hiring and have posted a job below! Please reach out if you are interested in joining our team!

Occupational Therapist Position:

Pay: Competitive and Hourly (reach out for more information)

We are currently seeking at least one occupational therapist who can work in any of the following capacities:

  • Part-time or any hours of your choosing, as accommodating to your schedule

  • PRN to cover therapists who need to take time off

***The number of working hours available depends on the therapist's availability and scheduling availability. It can be up to 40 hours per week.***

We can accommodate sessions via teletherapy, in the community, and/or in the home, as accommodating to your schedule. However, a teletherapy-only schedule can be challenging to accommodate because families prefer in-person sessions. Work settings include our clinic with a spacious sensory gym and a smaller treatment room featuring a wide variety of toys, games, and modalities, as well as an office, lobby, and cooking area. We also work in community settings around the greater Anchorage area, including parks, gyms, swimming pools, libraries, grocery stores, private schools, preschools, bike and ski trails, and more! We also provide teletherapy sessions and in-home visits, and can accommodate therapists seeking these sessions.
