Recipe of the Week: Chicken Wings in the Air Fryer

Ingredients:

  • 1 package chicken wings unfrozen

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon parsley

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil


Directions:

  • Mix together the spices and cornstarch in a bowl.

  • Mix together the wings and oil and cheese in a bowl.

  • Add the spices and mix.

  • Cook in an air fryer for 25 minutes at 360 degrees. Flip halfway through (13 minutes). Check at 20 minutes or a similar time to see if they are done and to prevent burning.

  • Enjoy!
